Valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota.

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.

5+ years of hands-on technical experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or related technical field. 2+ years of proven supervisory or lead technician experience with responsibility for team coordination and performance management.

3+ years of experience creating content, presentations or multimedia assets for products, solutions or technology-driven organizations

BS Degre CompSci, Eng, or IT. 5+ years of experience working as an AWS Cloud Engineer or in a cloud engineering role.

2+ years outside account management or sales experience. Salesforce experience.

Understand the complexities associated with facility management, sourcing, and vendor management at retail locations. Support Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.

3+ years of relevant mechanical or electrical engineering and/or field-testing experience.

4+ years in cybersecurity, with a heavy emphasis on threat detection, incident response, or SOC operations.

Industrial / high-voltage electrical experience. Comfortable with high but forecastable travel.

BA/BS degree in a safety-related discipline, or 3+ years of construction safety management experience. OSHA 500 Authorized Instructor.

2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Basic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, wiring).

BA/BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent industry experience (15+ years) may be considered in lieu of a technical degree. Deep knowledge of target markets and experience with additive chemistry; prior experience in polymer additives is required.

Previous pellet mill experience required. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills strongly preferred.

BA/BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in adhesives, polymers, or specialty chemicals.

Military MOS in mechanical, aviation, diesel, or maintenance fields (e.g., 91B, 3521, 2T3X1).

A strong working knowledge of the 12-volt DC circuit and the ability to chase wiring faults, grounds, and connections. Hands-on mechanical aptitude with rigging, installs, and component repair (this is not heavy engine teardown).

Strong organizational and inventory-tracking ability Comfort with computer systems and vendor portals. Mechanical or technical literacy sufficient to learn parts schematics (12-volt and marine systems are trainable).

2+ years of industrial construction equipment experience

Experience running logs, audits, documentation systems, or compliance programs (QA, Safety, Auditing experience preferred; military 3M/QA/Safety NCO background ideal)

3+ years of driver or courier experience

large scale electrical experience--preferably with facilities or construction experience.

8+ years of successful safety management experience with mission critical projects.

BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.

QA/QC experience in construction.

Construction PM experience

TS/SCI; Certification: IAT/IAM/IASAE Level III (DoD 8570 compliant).
Technical Expertise: Advanced Skills in ALL of the following areas:
o Active Directory (AD DS, ADFS, AD CS, WSUS)

o ePO, Splunk, STIG/SCAP, YUM, ACAS automation

o Azure VPN Gateways, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics

o SAP systems security

o GPOs

o SQL Server STIG hardening

TS/SCI; BS degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in cloud administration and development, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
